What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer (we send you a request), credit card (by email request), or USDC on Solana. We do not accept PayPal.
How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, select payment method. For Interac, we'll send you a payment request within 1-2 hours. Approve in your banking app and we ship same day.
Do you require ID or prescription?
No. All compounds are sold for in vitro laboratory research only.

Are these pharmaceutical grade?
Yes. Manufactured using pharmaceutical-grade equipment and protocols by our licensed Canadian lab partner.
How do I know the purity is accurate?
Every batch is HPLC tested to ≥99% purity. Certificate of analysis available on request. Email orders@helixnorth.net with your order number.
Are these the same compounds sold by US suppliers?
Yes, but manufactured domestically in Canada. No cross-border sourcing.
Do you provide dosing guidance?
No. These are research compounds sold for in vitro laboratory use only. We do not provide medical advice or dosing protocols.

How long until my order ships?
Same day if ordered before 1pm PST. Next business day if after.
How long is delivery?
2-5 business days anywhere in Canada via Canada Post.
Do you ship to the US?
No. Canada only.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain packaging with generic return address.
Storage
How do I store lyophilized peptides?
Refrigerate at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Keep away from light.
How long do they last unreconstituted?
12-24 months when stored properly at 2-8°C.
What about after reconstitution?
Depends on the compound and diluent used. With bacteriostatic water, most peptides remain stable for 4-6 weeks refrigerated. Without preservative, use within 7-10 days.
