1. Research Use Only

All compounds sold by Helix North ("the Company") are supplied exclusively for legitimate in vitro laboratory research. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or research professional operating within an appropriate research context.
• You will use all purchased compounds solely for in vitro laboratory research and will not administer them to humans or animals.
• You are located in Canada or a jurisdiction where the purchase of research chemicals is legally permitted.
• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You understand that these compounds are not approved by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

2. Purchaser Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• The compounds are not medicines, supplements, or health products.
• You accept full and sole responsibility for the lawful acquisition, storage, handling, and use of all compounds.
• Helix North bears no liability whatsoever for any misuse, injury, illness, death, legal consequence, or other harm arising from your use of the compounds.
• You will not resell or transfer these compounds to any third party for human consumption purposes.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website, including protocol guides, stack recommendations, or product descriptions, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All content is provided for informational and research reference purposes only. Always consult a licensed medical professional for any health-related decisions.

4. Payment Terms

All orders are payable by Interac e-Transfer only. Orders are not confirmed or processed until payment is received in full. The reference number provided at checkout must be included in the e-Transfer message field. Helix North reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Helix North ships domestically within Canada only. A flat rate shipping fee of $20 CAD applies to all orders. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on province. Helix North is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or third-party couriers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helix North, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of research compounds complies with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws in your jurisdiction. Helix North makes no representations regarding the legality of any compound in any specific jurisdiction outside Canada.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, protocol guides, stack recommendations, and design elements, is the property of Helix North and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Helix North reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
