When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address so we can fulfill and ship your order within Canada. We collect payment confirmation details (Interac e-Transfer reference, card confirmation, or USDC transaction) but we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
Your information is used only to process orders, arrange Canada Post shipping, send order and tracking updates, and respond to support inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to ship your order (Canada Post) or comply with Canadian law.
Data retention
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes under Canadian law. You may request deletion of your contact details by emailing orders@helixnorth.net.
