Helix North ships research compounds domestically within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. Peptides are packaged to maintain cold-chain integrity during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during shipping.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed until Interac e-Transfer payment is received and confirmed. Your order reference number (e.g. HN-XXXXXX) must be included in the e-Transfer message field for payment to be matched to your order. Unmatched payments may experience delays.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:
We will investigate with the carrier and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.
Due to the nature of research compounds and Health Canada regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at Helix North's discretion in the following circumstances:

Orders may be cancelled before payment is sent at no charge. Once Interac e-Transfer payment has been sent, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee. Contact us immediately at orderhelixnorth@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
